Queen City Cocoa B.E.A.N.S. (QCCB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the health of families of color. We offer nutrition counseling and feeding support for parents, infants and children and make every effort to build a supportive and informed community in the Greater Charlotte Market and surrounding areas.
